Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Production & Packaging
As each order is carefully made and packaged to ensure the highest quality, please allow 3–7 business days for production and packaging before your order is dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 4–8 business days for delivery to your address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Estimated Total Timeframe
From the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, please allow approximately 8–17 business days in total.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delays
